A local trend with a practical reason
Around the Upstate, more rooflines are lit every December, and they are not coming down afterward. What you are looking at is a fixed LED track, installed along the roofline and left there.
What it does the rest of the year
Holiday color is the reason most people call. The reason it holds up is the other eleven months. Warm white on the eaves makes the walk to the door easier to see. Then there are game days, birthdays, the Fourth of July, orange in October, all on the same track.
What a local crew knows
Upstate houses are not all one thing, and one design does not cover both. Weather is the other piece: the systems live outside through Upstate summers and wet winters.
From call to install
The first step is a free consultation, not a number over the phone. After the walkthrough, a plan is drawn for your house. The install is done professionally, which is the part you are paying for.
Businesses too
The same systems work on businesses. A storefront lit in company colors reads from the road. Restaurants use it on outdoor seating, retail lights entries and facades, and neighborhoods light their entrances. Scheduling works around when a business is open, because nobody wants a ladder at the front door during lunch.
What Upstate customers ask most
Everybody asks about the summer months first. Color matched track along the trim line handles that, and from the street it reads as trim.People ask how it reads next to the neighbors. A permanent system can be as quiet as you want it. The color comes out when it is wanted, which is why quiet neighborhoods and lit rooflines coexist fine. The service area does not stop at the state line.
